在這一段Lockdown日子裡，氣氛是很沉悶的。要好好的生活，是要自強、勇敢、保重自己及家人的平安與健康，保持心境平和，努力學習如何減壓、寄望明天會更好、雨天之後是會有去晴天的，是嗎？
本校所有老師、校董及陳校長每天均記掛著本校所有同學們、小朋友及好家長。每天均密切注意『疫症』新增個案new case及不幸人數……！我們積極等候本土再沒有new case新增個案發生，本校才敢開辦新學年課程！這是為了大家“健康與安全”。若不幸至2020年8月底，『疫症』情況仍然不穩定，仍有新個案發生，那請諒！本校將會延期開學了。
請大家密切注意：我們可能會臨時租用一些可臨時上課的地方開課或“網上課程”。目前正由兩位年青的老師負責此事，當情況落實，一定會盡快通知大家的。
另方面，陳校長於2020年3月底已經接洽到一處，是在本區內的新校址。該處很歡迎我們租用，收費是“市場價格”不便宜的。但該處的辦事人是很友好的。
現在我們要等待是該處申請新資助是否成功。因該處的洗手間（廁所）是不適合小朋友使用，若資助成功，本校遷入該處的可能性很高的了。因所有情況未肯定，請家長們體諒，本校可能要延至2020年12月才較清楚實際情況！
陳校長建議：幼兒班家長可向本校一次過購買三學年可用的本校編寫的中英雙語、繁體和簡體本的幼兒課本，有練習冊，小朋友是很喜歡的。每套兩本，三學年用一共六本，是很優秀的幼兒課本。3年後孩子會認識了大約500個生詞，因課本淺易，家長是有足夠能力自己教課的。如有意購買的家長請與陳校長聯系或留言，電話 020 8858 2410

Dear Parents
During the Lockdown, some of you may have had difficult experiences. To live a good life, we need to be self-reliant, brave, take care of ourselves and our family. We need to keep our spirits up no matter what the circumstances are, remain positive and believe in a better future.
All the teachers, school governors and Mrs Chan are missing students and parents very much. We watch the government briefings; pay close attention to the new cases of Covid-19 and the number of deaths. For everyone’ sake, we can only reopen our school when it is safe to do so! If unfortunately, by the end of August 2020, the “pandemic” situation is still unstable and new cases are found, I am afraid that school reopening will be postponed.
Important News: we plan to rent some space to provide temporary classes or “online courses”. At present, two teachers are working on it. We will keep you notified of the progress.
On the other hand, Mrs Chan has found a new place for our school in the same district. We are very welcome to rent classrooms, although the price is not as cheap as before. There are some improvements that need to be done in the new place, i.e. toilets, which are not designed for children. They are waiting for new funds to carry out the renovations. Chances are very high. At this moment, we have to wait to see. School may have to wait until December 2020 depending on the speed of the renovations.
Mrs Chan recommends that parents of kindergarten classes should purchase the Chinese-English bilingual, with traditional and simplified text, children’s textbooks, written by our school that are available for the first three-schoolyears. These come with workbooks, and the children like them very much. There are two books in each set and a total of six books in the three-schoolyears. They are excellent textbooks for children. After studying the 3 books, children will know about 500 new words. The textbooks are specially designed, simple and easy to understand, very suitable for parents to teach at home.
