好消息！本校剛剛成立了一個很適合幼兒和兒童學習的新項目：名稱是『兒童樂園讀書會』。這是由家長做主力輔導子/女在家裡上課。
課本由本校提供，就是一直以來本校采用的幼一、幼二、幼三課本+練習。每學年一本課本加一本練習，三年後，將會認識到大約500個生字/生詞，為升上小學作了一個最好的准備。
看來『疫情的變化』不會在很短時間內平靜的, 因此, 這個『兒童樂園讀書會』就是最安全的方法保護小朋友繼續學習中文。
參加方法: 每位參加『樂園』的小學生全年只交£10（是報名費），另交書本費，學費全免。
陳校長和本校幼兒老師將會給家長建議和協助如何在家裡教課，這是不難的，主要是方式和 方法，加愛心及耐心。
網上課程：由小學一年級開始，由本校老師輔導
學費：要交全年30堂次（詳情容後再告知）
人數限制：因今年3月份開始Lockdown，本校至今完全沒有任何來自家長的捐助。故此，要有足夠學生參加才會開辦，否則本校是無法應付最基本的支出，就無法開辦了。由現在開始完全是由家長決定吧！等你們的電話。
報名辦法：因沒有經費租賃一個大禮堂用來邀請家長前來報名，只好請家長合作打電話給本校020 8858 2410留言報名，請告知你子/女姓名、年齡、在2020年3月8日前在原來學校上課是廣東話/普通話及年級。慢慢說兩次你的聯絡電話號碼，我們將盡快回復你。

Dear Parents
Good news! Our school has just established a new project that is very suitable for toddlers and children to learn: the name is “Children’s Fun Reading Club”. This is where parents do the main tutoring of their children to learn at home.
The club will use our preschool teaching materials, which consist of 3 textbooks and 3 exercise books. It is recommended to finish these in 3 years. After completion, students will have learned 500 new Chinese words. It is a very good start for next stage, elementary school to learn Chinese.
The pandemic is so unpredictable that the “Children’s Fun Reading Club” is the safest way to continue learning Chinese at the moment.
How to participate: student need to pay only 10 pounds enrolment fee and study materials fee. Tuition is free.
Mrs Chan and teachers will assist parents on how to teach at home. This is not difficult, only need choose the right methods and have love and patience.
Online courses: we plan to move our elementary classes online.
Tuition donation: 30 classes per school year (details will be announced later)
Conditions: this will be decided by how many students enrol on these classes. Since the Lockdown started in March, we lost all donations from parents. It will be very difficult to run our school without enough funding. If there are not enough students who enrol on these courses, we cannot carry on these courses. From now on, it is entirely up to the parents to decide! Waiting for your call.
Registration method: Due to the Lockdown restrictions, we cannot meet parents face to face. The only way to register is to call 02088582410 and leave your details, i.e. your child(ren)’s name, age, Cantonese/Mandarin classes, and grade. Please repeat your contact phone number twice. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
