Dear Parents and Teachers

In the August School letter, we introduced the launch day of GCCS Children’s Club in detail. We will not repeat it in this month letter.

1. Registration: We only accept phone registration. Lines will be open on 1 Oct 2021 from 11AM. Due to the limits on the number of Children allowed to visit Greenwich West Community and Arts Centre, we will follow the principle of first come, first served.

Registration phone number is 020 8858 2410. If the line is busy, please try later.

2. Face Mask Policy: All parents and teachers need to wear masks to enter West Community Centre (unless you are exempt) Children do not have to wear one unless they want to.  
3. Parking: we will give you details of parking information when you register successfully.
4. What your children need to bring: Chinese textbooks (provided by GCCS), stationery, Lunch Box and water. Please prepare some dry and wet tissues (or wipes) with them so they can clean their hands before eating. During classes, parents can stay in room 3 and learn Tai Chi with our teacher.  This is free to anyone.
5. Lion Dance: Start from 12:30PM – 1PM. You can only watch the show after paying Club fees. Our teachers will check the receipt at entrance.
