我們的“兒童樂園讀書會”開學了！歡迎你！

（1）報名：請在2021年10月1日上午11時開始在電話報名，02088582410 登記你的孩子需要參加『讀書會』開學上課。10月2日仍然可繼續報名，額滿即止。

（2）下載表：請在2021年10月1日之後，在本校網頁下載『讀書會』報名表（1人1表），在開學日交來及同時交費。（請小心填寫為要，謝謝！）這會節省了你很多時間的。【『讀書會』報名表】

（3）開學日期：2021年11月13日（星期六）上午10時30分。家長可以在上午10時15分排隊進入“西中心”（上課地點）向老師/陳校長交表、交費，及同時在你子/女襟前貼上姓名帖（屆時有老師給你姓名帖）。

（4）上課課室：是去年10月家長們來買課本的地方。

（5）開始上課及放學時間：上午10時30分至下午2時30分（共四小時）。進食自己帶來的食物及飲品時間是中午12時 – 12時30分（30分鐘）。

（6）有“白眉派”的精彩醒獅表演：時間是下午12時30分 – 下午1時30分（功夫哥哥教打功夫）歡迎小朋友參加（免費）。

（7）醒獅表演地點：屆時有老師預早告訴你們，歡迎家長同時欣賞（免費參加）。

（8）給家長的（免費）有益活動：上午11時15分 – 11時45分有何老師教家長打太極拳，歡迎你，在家長室進行。

（9）請每位參加的同學帶齊課本來。

（10）其他物品：午餐盒(Lunch Box)，幹濕紙巾，吃東西前清潔雙手。文具盒、書包，請要貼上孩子的姓名。所有外衣均要在衣內貼上孩子的姓名為要。

（11）家長們請戴口罩：進入“西中心”，請自備口罩及戴上，為了保護自己及別人，謝謝你合作。

（12）讀書會地址及該日費用：屆時報名時在電話告知你。

（13）泊車：請在同一條街道上High Street，距“西中心”大約15座建築物，有一小型停車場，可泊大約40部私家車，收費是£1（每小時）請查查看。該停車場有一特別店子是Sainsburys 超市，另一邊是大型郵局，很容易找到的。

（14）『讀書會』的經費來源：取之於民，用之於民，是家長們參加『讀書會』的學費，只要有足夠的費用，我們將會繼續辦第二次/第三次『讀書會』。

（15）我們是會認真的聽取家長意見的。請多多提出你們寶貴的意見，因這個『讀書會』百分百是為你們的子/女舉辦的。

（16）請小心照料同來的幼兒及貴重物品，因“該中心”同日有另外的團體分用中心的。

Dear Parents and Teachers

Welcome to the launch of GCCS Children Club

• Registration:

Please call 020 885 82410 to register your child / children for the GCSS children club, registration line will be opened on 1 Oct 2021 at 11am, we still accept registration on 2 Oct 2021. Seats are offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Please register early to avoid disappointment.

• Download registration form:

After the 1 Oct 2021, you could visit our school website to download the GCCS Children Club registration form (one form per child). On the date of the children club, please bring along your registration form and cash for payment. (Please fill in the registration form with extra care, thank you!) This will save you a lot of time on the day.

• Date: 13November 2021 (Saturday)
• Time: 10.30am

Parents can start queuing to get in Greenwich West Community and Arts Centre at 10.15am. Please pass your completed registration form and payment to our teachers / our headmistress Mrs. Chan,  our teacher will provide you stickers to stick your children’s names on their tops. 

• Classroom: The same place where you purchased your textbooks last October.

• Time: 10.30am – 2.30pm (4 hours)

lunch time is 12 noon – 12.30pm (30 minutes). Please bring your own food and drinks for lunch.

• There will be Bak Mei Pai Lion Dance performance and Kung Fu master class at 12.30pm – 1.30pm. All children are welcome to join. (Free of charge)

• Location for Bak Mei Pai Lion Dance performance: Will be informed by our teacher on the day. Parents are welcome to enjoy the performance. (Free of charge)

• Free activity for parents (Free of charge): Ms Ho is going to teach parents Tai Chi at 11.15am – 11.45am. Parents are free to join and it takes part in the parents room.

• Please bring your children’s textbooks on the day.

• Other items to bring along : Lunch box, wet wipes (to clean their hands before eating), pencil case, school bag. Please label all items with your children’s name. Coats need to be labelled with children’s name as well. 

• For parents, please wear face masks inside the Greenwich West Community and Arts Centre. To protect yourselves and others. Thank you for your co-operation.

• GCCS Children Club Address and Fee: We will give you the details when you call to register.

• Parking: On the same High Street, there is a small car park (about 15 buildings away from Greenwich West Community and Arts Centre). The car park can park upto 40 cars and car park fee is £1 per hour (please double check when you are there). There is a Sainsburys supermarket near the car park and a large post office opposite it. It should be very easy to locate.

• Source of funding for GCCS Children Club: The fee we collected for the GCCS Children Club will be used to run the club. We need to have enough funding to run the second or third GCCS Children Club. Please help to support us by inviting your friends to join.

• We appreciate any comments from parents, please let us know if you have any valuable suggestions. This GCCS Children club is 100% tailored for your children.

• Please look after young children and their belongings.
